Every Wednesday I get done with class at about 7:45 and home about 8PM. I am so grateful that Mr. Dawson is willing to cook a meal for us to eat when I get home and that he also meets me at the shuttle drop off so I don't have to walk home alone in the dark! Yesterday's meal was the bomb! He made Chicken Parmesan, following my dad's recipe and trying to surpass it, AND a desert!!! It was delicious, and all I had to do was eat and clean up the mess! I am sure glad I didn't have to cook anything!
